So many young adults and women spend their lives performing for others—striving for perfection, pleasing everyone else, and holding up high standards while quietly battling chronic anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt.

My practice is rooted in person-centered and feminist therapies. What does that mean for you? It means I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. I don't sit across from you as an untouchable expert telling you what to do; instead, I work alongside you. We’ll look at how societal expectations, family dynamics, and gender norms shape how you view yourself and your relationships.

Whether you're navigating a tough life transition, healing from burnout, rethinking your identity, or trying to break unhealthy relational patterns, my goal is to help you cultivate unconditional self-compassion and build a life that actually feels good on the inside—not just one that looks good on the outside.
Therapy That Meets Vulnerability with

Kindness
I work from a person-centered perspective which, as simply as I can put it, means I deeply value and strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space filled with validation, empathy, and authenticity where you can feel and be your true self.

When these pieces come together, my clients find it’s easier to explore difficult thoughts and feelings and meet vulnerability with kindness rather than rejection. I strongly believe you are the expert in your own life. I see myself as a supportive person who will walk alongside you, especially when the path gets difficult. I am honored to be a part of your story and bear witness to both your pain and your growth.
